Korean Gochujang Noodles

This spicy cold dish is perfect to eat when you’re craving something tangy and sweet. I make this when I want something fast. This takes less than 10 minutes to make. The serving size for this recipe is for 1-2 people. If you know someone who loves spicy food, I’m sure they’ll get a hot kick out of this dish.

Ingredients: 1 big handful of Korean fresh noodles, 1 big tablespoon of Gochujang red pepper paste; 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 3 tablespoons of rice vinegar, white sesame seeds, green onion, 1 egg

Instructions: As soon as the water is boiling in the pot, boil fresh noodles and a whole egg for 6 minutes, quickly drain, rinse with cold water, mix noodles with marinade (sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, Gochujang red pepper paste), peel egg carefully and add it on top of noodles, add chopped green onion and white sesame seeds. Eat slowly and savor.
